Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Citizen.
Intern
I had to wait a while before my interview started, about 20 minutes. Then, the interviewer seemed disengaged and only asked a couple of questions. It felt like a waste of time.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Intern
I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person interview. In the in-person, I talked to 4 different people, all from different parts of the company. The first person I spoke with asked about my general interest in the role and the non-profit. Then, they connected me with others based on my specific interests.
- In what ways do you think your skills are a good fit for this role?
Intern
The interview process was really smooth and the interviewers were super friendly, making me feel very welcomed. The questions weren't too hard, and I got to ask a bunch of my own questions at the end. I was pretty excited about the possibility of working there after it was all done.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- Could you answer some behavioral questions?
