The interview process was simple: a phone screen then one-on-one chats with HR, the hiring manager, and some of the senior leaders. I was really into the job, and the first interviews went well - everyone seemed professional and smart. But, one chat with leadership was a bit off. The person seemed uninterested and dismissive, asking questions that felt random and like they were checking if I was desperate for work. It left a bad taste and made me think about what I've read in other reviews about the company's leadership.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied in early Feb and heard back from HR in early March. The process had 4 rounds: an initial screen, a call with HR leadership, an hour with the Chief of Staff, and a final hour with the CEO and HR leader. I was responsive, sent materials quickly (including a summary after a call as requested), and followed up after the last interview. Even with all that effort, I heard nothing back or got any closure after the fourth interview. That silence, especially at a senior leadership level, is unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates' time. A memorable moment: the CEO called the role a "thankless job" during the final interview. That comment and the lack of follow-up make me question the company culture, leadership's mindset, and how employees are treated. Overall, the mission sounds good, but this suggests a gap between what they say and how they operate. Be cautious if you consider applying.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process was really smooth and quick. They got back to me fast. There were about 3 to 4 interviews, and they were good about sharing feedback and details. I talked to everyone from the hiring manager to one of the co-founders. Everything was super transparent, no problems at all.
