I applied online and then got scheduled for interviews. First, there was a round with HR to talk about sponsorship and some basic behavioral questions. After that, I had a Super Day where I met with four people from the investment team, covering four different sub-verticals.

First I talked to HR, and then the next week I had a super day. During the super day, I talked to 4 analysts from the firm. There were no other candidates there, which was different from some bank super days. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Behavioral Technical

HR handled the entire process, starting with a phone call, and advancing candidates to the next stage if selected. Associates and analysts were pleasant and conducted their interviews well, better than management. The AVP and VP seemed disengaged during their interviews, and one VP left the interview entirely up to me, contributing very little. It was a neutral experience overall. I would suggest putting more effort into interviews, regardless of candidate fit, to avoid missing out on potential talent. It might be beneficial to improve your interviewing personality or at least feign interest to enhance the candidate experience.
