The interview was pretty basic, mostly behavioral and experience-based questions, lasting about 30 minutes. Since it's an entry-level role, the interview was fairly easy. Both the Manager and Supervisor interviewed me at the same time.

Applied and got an interview. Talked to 3 people (2 were actually present, 1 was virtual but silent). The interviewers seemed unenthusiastic and didn't ask many questions. I was ghosted after reaching out to the recruiter.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first spoke with HR, then had a phone interview with the team leader. The next step was an onsite interview which included a chat with HR, a quick math test, a presentation to the engineering manager and team leader, and a company tour. I requested to delay my start date from Jan 2017 to March 2017, and the company was understanding and granted the extension. This company is great, and the people I interacted with seemed good. The salary is satisfactory given the company's perks, and it's a good place for learning in a medium-sized industry.
