Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Glidewell Dental.
Intern
The interview process was pretty smooth and everyone was really friendly. Make sure you know the job description and have a good grasp of basic technical fundamentals. Don't forget to ask questions when you get the chance.
- Can you tell me about ceramics and their properties?
Intern
I first submitted my resume at the UCI Career Fair, then I attended their Internship Mixer. After the mixer, I had a phone interview, and later on, an onsite interview. The interview was with HR first, and then three R&D people. They gave me a simple math test after the interview.
- What is your usual role at work?
- Explain why you're a suitable candidate.
- Can you discuss your experiences from your resume?
Intern
I had a phone screening a while back for an internship, it wasn't too tough, the questions were pretty straightforward. I just wasn't ready for it. Mostly behavioral questions, as far as I recall.
- Describe your approach to handling conflict.
