The HR person no showed our first interview without any notice or follow up. I messaged them twice and the interview was rescheduled, but the recruiter was 5 minutes late. The recruiter kept interrupting me when I was answering and after that I didn't want to continue. It was a bad experience overall.

Behavioral Case

Interviewing at Glia was unique and challenging with several rounds and sub-rounds. I consistently met with the Talent team to clarify the purpose, intent, and expectations for each round. The company's rigorous process ensures each person is the right fit at the right time for both them and the company.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process at Glia was quite extensive, lasting about 8 to 10 hours in total. It kicked off with a cognitive assessment test, the CCAT, which requires significant preparation if you want to do well. Following that, if successful, there were final rounds involving a case study where I had to create and present slides to members of the Customer Success team. While the people I interacted with were professional and pleasant, the overall recruitment journey felt long and exhausting. I felt completely dismissed after the rejection, and the recruiter was very brief on the phone. Given the substantial time investment from applicants, a brief thank you or some feedback would have been appreciated, even if generic. The process at Glia was particularly draining due to its length, leading to the same impersonal rejection experience common elsewhere.

  • What steps did you take to address a customer's unmet expectations?
  • Describe your approach to handling non-responsive customers.
