I applied online, and the whole process took about three weeks. I had a phone interview and it went well in my opinion. However, the recruiter told me that the assessment centre would take place on November 8th, 2017, and they will contact me and inform me of the decision (whether negative or positive) by the 3rd of November so that I'll have time to prepare and make the travel arrangements. I waited but did not receive anything regarding their decision until I personally sent them an e-mail on the 6th of November to get an update, and unsurprisingly, it was a rejection. They did not bother send an email before that.

The whole thing took about 6 weeks. First, there was a phone screening with some basic questions to see if it was a good match. Then, for the main interview, I could choose between a video call or an in-person meeting. I went with the video conference, and the questions were like the phone screening, but a bit more detailed.

I applied online and then heard back for a phone interview. After that, they invited me to their local office for an in person interview, though I could have done it over Skype too. The person interviewing me had my resume and asked questions about my past experiences. They also really cared about how I work in teams and how I dealt with people I didn't agree with.
