So the interview process was pretty straightforward, with three main steps. It really focused on diving deep into my past experiences and seeing how well I understood the GLG business model. Unfortunately, I didn't make it through to the final round with one of the directors.

Had an initial phone interview for about 20-30 mins covering basic stuff like my education, what GLG does, and why I'm a good fit. Got an email within 3 days inviting me to their Dublin office for the next stage. This in-person part had three interviews: the first was with the head of the Dublin office for 45 mins, the second was in English and French and lasted 25 mins, and the third was in English again for 20 mins. Even though the interviewers seemed interested and I thought it went well, I got a nice email saying I wasn't successful.

Case Behavioral

I had two 30 minute interviews with different team leads. The first one was a case study where I had to do the job without any training. Apparently, my performance in that was the reason I didn't get an offer. The second interviewer didn't ask any questions, they just wanted me to ask them questions about GLG, which luckily I had prepared for. After reading reviews from current and former employees, I think I might have dodged a bullet, it doesn't seem like a very serious company.
