The interview involved a role play simulating a client call to assess professional tone, followed by a case study where I had to source experts across the value chain and present potential target populations to a client. The case study topic was laptop manufacturers in Europe.

The recruiter was supposed to call me at the scheduled time but never did. They texted me 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start to reschedule. A couple of days later, they contacted me with a new time and asked the same screening questions from the online application.

Behavioral Case

The first step was a quick and friendly chat with HR, which was fine. The person was nice and supportive, explaining the upcoming steps. Then came a 1-hour competency interview with a Manager, which also went smoothly. After that, I had a 2-hour case study session with another manager. It was pretty straightforward; I was given a mock brief for a project and I think I did well, as the feedback on my shortlist was positive. But then... nothing! After putting in about 4-5 hours, I never heard back. I followed up with an email to the HR contact, but still no response. It was really rude and thoughtless. I'm still waiting to hear back.
