Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GLG.
Client Service Associate
This entry-level role has a lot of scrutiny. It starts with a phone interview, then an HR round. After that, there are two online interviews, and then a full day on-site interview broken into three parts. The staff were very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This job is posted often, suggesting people leave it a lot.

- Explain why you chose specific individuals.
- Answer general questions about your previous work experience.
Client Services Manager
The interview process was really smooth and transparent, with professional questioning. HR folks were friendly and smart. It was a multi-stage interview process where I met several people and had some assignments.
- What makes you want to depart from your current job?
Client Service Associate
The process was straightforward. There were 4 rounds in total: an initial chat with the recruiter, then meeting a senior consultant, followed by a take-home exercise (which was pretty simple), and finally two 1-on-1 interviews with senior management. It felt like there were a few too many rounds for this role, and maybe a couple of those 1-on-1s could have been combined.
- Can you tell me what you understand about this role?
- What are your thoughts on what GLG does?
