First, there was a phone call. Then, I had to complete a case study. After that, I had an in-person interview with three people where we went over another case study and they asked about my background and motivation. The rest of the interview focused on my personality and assessing my potential as a team member.

So I was applying for this Senior Analyst position in Dublin, and the whole thing took me about 1.5 months. It started with a pre-recorded video interview where you answer 3 questions you can find from other people's reviews. Then there was a scheduled call with HR, which was basically a quick phone screen, super easy. The third stage involved chatting with two senior team members. Since the role had specific language requirements, one of those calls was in a language other than English, but the questions were pretty standard and they were really nice. After that, I had a case study round where I had to find eligible professionals in an hour, but they give you good instructions. I heard back on Thursday about a fifth round scheduled for the next Tuesday. But then, on Monday, I got an email saying they've 'paused' my application because they finished their intake. I put so much work into this and was so frustrated. Just a heads up, keep applying elsewhere while interviewing with GLG because they don't always interview everyone they're looking at. It was a really disappointing and humiliating experience. Hope your experience is better.

Behavioral Technical

Had a telephone interview first with a senior who went over my CV in detail, but it was all general stuff, no technical or subject questions. Then I was called for a face-to-face interview where several people, one after another, asked me the exact same questions about my CV. So, it was like 4 or 5 rounds in total with different people, but they all asked the same things. No technical questions or anything about subjects, just general things about school and college. There was a case study where I had to find people's contact information online. The final round was with the VP.
