It was a really great experience overall. The interviewer put me at ease from the start and made it a relaxed atmosphere, so I felt confident talking. We had a natural conversation which meant I could share my thoughts and experiences freely. It felt more like a meaningful chat than just an interview, and it really boosted my confidence and left me feeling good about it.

It was divided into 3 stages; The first was a virtual interview with HR staff and the manager in charge of the position. The questions were related to my previous work experiences and academic knowledge. The second was an in-person interview again with HR and the manager, but on this occasion, there were more specific questions, both about expectations and technical level. The third stage involved psychometric and occupational assessments.
