So after applying, they sent me two exams a couple weeks back, one for front end development which covered html, css, and SOAP request stuff. The other was for back end development and it covered JavaScript, SQL, and PHP. I didn't know all the tech they tested on but I still did fine. Then, they called me to see if I wanted to move forward and set up a quality control test. That quality control test was proctored, had no time limit, and it asked about 15 extended response questions that tested my attention to detail. After that, I had a behavioral interview over Microsoft Teams. The next day, they called me about an offer. The whole process took around 2 weeks, and everyone was super nice, the benefits looked great, and the pay was okay so I accepted.

I saw the job posting on Craigslist and emailed my resume. I didn't hear back, so a week later, I followed up to say I was still interested. HR sent me a link to schedule a skills assessment. I made an appointment for Monday and went in to take three tests: one for quality control (finding errors), one for hardware (USB, problem-solving), and one for making text files (reply to an email, save as a text file, and save to a flash drive). They said they'd review my tests and let me know. It's been three weeks, and after several emails, I still haven't heard anything.

The interview process spanned about two months, ending with ghosting after the reference check. It started with two online assessments, the first focusing on UX principles and the second on detail orientation, supposedly for testing developers. This part took around a month to get feedback on. Then, there was a virtual interview with a project manager, HR representative, and marketing manager, where they asked about my resume experience and general questions. It took another two weeks to hear back after that. The next stage was an on-site design test, which lasted about 4 hours and involved designing a website and offering suggestions for their current site. Although the people were nice during the interviews, I never heard back despite frequent follow-ups. The entire experience was quite time-consuming and draining.

I applied online and then they reached out to set up an assessment. After the assessment, they invited me for a second interview with the head of sales. The interview focused on my customer service skills and hypothetical sales closing abilities. It felt like they were guiding me with the questions, as I was quite inexperienced at the time. Being polite and eager to learn really helped. I started sales training within a week.
