Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty simple. First, I had a call with a recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager, followed by a peer interview and a product demo, then I did a mock business review presentation, and finally, I interviewed with an executive. The recruiter was really good at keeping things moving and letting me know what to expect next and when. She was professional and friendly. Honestly, everyone I met was super nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was actually bummed when I turned down their great offer, but ultimately, I had to go with what best fit my career goals. Who knows, though, if my situation changes down the line, I'd totally do it again and hope for another shot.

Customer Success Manager
4 interviews happened, and one of them had a 30-minute presentation. Classic bait and switch. I was clear about my salary/OTE expectations from the very first conversation. They ended up making an offer way lower than the range we talked about multiple times.
- Can you describe what an EBR looks like in your current role?
Customer Success Manager
I put in an application for a job in London and got contacted by a recruiter based in the US for an initial screening. I wasn't sure I did well, but they invited me back for a second chat with the hiring manager. I was actually going to decline because I'd already gotten another offer (I was made redundant so I was job hunting hard), but the hiring manager really wanted to talk since they were interested in my profile. I was quite flattered. The second interview was really chill and friendly, with typical questions, even some personal ones. In the end, I wasn't asked for a third interview, but I was really impressed with the whole process. The HR team was excellent at staying in touch by phone, not email, and they were very personable. It's quite unusual to find that with companies.
