First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gladstone Institutes.
Research Associate

I had a phone chat with a post-doc at the lab I applied to. It was super technical. My application only got looked at after I sent a follow-up email.

I had three steps in my interview process. First, a phone screening with the lab manager. Then, I was invited to the lab to meet the team for three hours. Finally, there was a Zoom interview with the PI.
