The process is quite long, involving three interviews followed by reference checks. I only got through the first interview, which felt more like a second round because some questions were technical.

Technical Case Behavioral

The process felt very straightforward and transparent. First, I was screened on my general background. Then I took a 1.5 hour skills test which included excel and written questions on a case study. Finally, there was a panel interview with a program manager and associate where they asked specific questions about my day-to-day experience and work. It was a pretty quick process and everyone seemed very fair.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

A recruiter reached out, thinking I was a good fit. I went through about 3-4 rounds: a phone screen, a casestudy and excel test, a review of that assignment, and then a final chat with some peers. The last interview felt a bit intense; they wanted really specific answers to open-ended questions, which was tough. Like others, I didn't get feedback between stages and eventually got a rejection email after a long process. It was cool to meet many team members though, and they were very upfront about the job.
