There were three interviews, one over the phone, then two on-site with the managers. It was a standard interview, not too difficult if you know the subject. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in summer 2023 and had a preliminary interview with the talent acquisition team about a month later, which went very well. However, I was surprised to have to follow up three times before getting a response. The team said they would call back, but I haven't heard anything since. It's now been over 4 months since I applied and weeks of waiting for a callback, either for feedback or to move to the next stage. I'm really surprised by the lack of importance given, especially after the initial good interview. While I understand not getting automatic emails for applications, it's disrespectful when employers don't provide any feedback after interviews.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was reached out to after submitting my CV on LinkedIn. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had an on-site interview at Veriner with the Hiring Manager and some other people. After that, I moved on to a stage where I had to do an assignment simulating a real work situation, and I also had a peer interview. Successfully completing that led to an interview with the HRD. The whole thing took about four months, though the holidays caused some delays. The HR Recruiter kept me updated about any delays, which was great. They were also very helpful with any questions I had. Overall, the people and the process were really good.
