The interview process at this company is quite lengthy. You should anticipate at least 5 rounds of interviews. I actually lost interest after completing 3 rounds because there were no updates or feedback provided for weeks. It's surprising how a recruitment process can be so slow, especially for such a large company. Don't expect any feedback or updates after each interview. I ended up withdrawing my application because their communication and feedback were extremely poor.

The first step was a casual chat with an HR manager. Then, I had to complete online aptitude tests, covering verbal and numerical reasoning. The final stage was an assessment center, which included an impromptu presentation, a negotiation simulation, and a reflection activity. After the assessment center, 4 out of 9 candidates moved on to a panel interview with top management, which was a 1:5 ratio. This role is geared towards sales/account management.

Behavioral Presentation

Interviews are with multiple senior managers and primarily focus on behavioral and situational questions, that aim to predict how successful you will be in the role. The final round will include an onsite visit to the office to speak with the folks you will be working with and under. Personality and passion are two huge factors that are included in what they are looking for in a knowledgable candidate.
