It was more of a conversation, really. There was only one situational question, but otherwise, the manager just wanted to get to know you. I found the way the interview was conducted to be quite relaxed. During the interview, there was the manager and another person from the area. The manager kept your resume open to review your experiences and ask you about them.

Oportunidade pontual, com uma entrevista bem tranquila, mais parecida com um bate-papo. Fiquei sabendo da convocação para a entrevista com apenas 3 dias de antecedência. UM DIA ANTES da entrevista, recebi um email com o link e a solicitação para que eu montasse uma apresentação como se fosse um cartaz demonstrando minha história: de onde vim, onde estou e para onde vou. Achei desorganizado e pouco pensado no candidato, parecendo um processo feito às pressas. No entanto, durante a entrevista, as entrevistadoras mencionaram que a apresentação poderia ser apenas falada. No fim, a apresentação em slides foi um diferencial.
