Key Account Manager
I was contacted by an HR person who explained the role. The next step was a meeting with the managers at their office. The whole process was really clear, and everyone I spoke to was nice and welcoming. I got a great impression of the company; it seems serious and transparent.

It began with an online assessment, then I had an interview with the senior manager. After that, there was a case study presentation. The final stage involved interviews with the head of commercial and then with the head of the region and head of HR.

For me, the interview process was quite straightforward since I'm already in the industry. The interview questions were all specific to the industry. There were three rounds in total: one with HR, one with middle management, and a final one with top management.
