I was sent questions ahead of time. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, mostly just answering the questions that I'd already been given. I did get a chance to ask some questions and we chatted a bit, but the main part was me going over the answers I'd prepped. They said I'd hear back the next week with a decision, but I never did.

Behavioral Presentation

I put in my application online. About 2 days later, I got an email for a phone interview. The Executive Director responded really fast and followed up quickly. We had our first interview over the phone with the Executive Director and the Program Director. Then, I had an in-person interview with three directors where they asked behavioral questions. The last interview was also in person, and I had to give a presentation to the whole staff. The staff seemed nice enough, but they asked the same kinds of questions in all three interviews.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was great, although there was a fair amount of waiting time between interviews which made it hard to stay motivated - I'm sure they were interviewing lots of people. Overall the interviewers were nice and pleasant to chat with, and they provided a lot of information about the job and made me feel at ease.
