The first interview was a quick phone screen where they asked about my experience. The second interview was more in-depth. They asked about my history and went into detail about my previous positions. They also asked what I know about the company and the day-to-day activities of the role. They really value their team and culture.

It was a pretty standard interview process, like most companies in this field. It wasn't overly challenging or stressful. They could make it a bit easier, though, which is something to consider for sure. But overall, it was a very typical interview experience.

I first talked to someone from Gilbane at a career fair on campus. After that, I had an in-person interview with four people from the local office. It was supposed to be an hour long. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed and casual. But, the way they handled things afterward was really unprofessional. I followed up a couple of weeks later and was told they were still reviewing candidates and I'd hear back in a few weeks. When I followed up again after another couple of weeks, I reached out to two people who interviewed me, but neither of them ever responded. The whole experience felt really unprofessional and made me feel pretty negative about Gilbane.
