Got an email saying I was a good fit and that there'd be an assessment phase. This phase included a case study where I had to build a presentation and an aptitude test. The time allotted was 90 mins for the case study and 15 mins for the aptitude test. However, the brief was super basic, and it actually took me 6 hours to make the deck and record the presentation. In the end, I just got a generic rejection email with no feedback or success metrics.

The process started with an automated message saying they wanted to move forward and inviting me to complete assignments, which felt off. There were two parts: a 'Real Scenario Assessment' supposedly taking 90 minutes and an 'Aptitude Assessment' for 15 minutes. However, the 90-minute assessment actually involved creating two PowerPoint presentations, which would realistically take 4-5 hours. The first presentation required developing a kick-off/onboarding plan for a fictional client. It felt unreasonable to invest so much time without a guaranteed interview to understand the role, company culture, etc. This experience made me question how they treat candidates, and by extension, employees.

HR reached out to me for a reasoning assessment and a real work assignment that had 3 parts. This took about 4 hours in total. The real work assignment involved creating decks and answering questions via video. I submitted my assignments and was rejected within 3 hours. They asked me to do the work over the weekend and the recruiter said she would be available over the weekend to answer my questions which seemed like a red flag.
