The HR screener didn't seem to know my background, and I heard nothing back after our chat. Pretty disappointed they weren't more prepped, especially since it was the first interview round.

I went through 3 interviews spaced out over 9 months. Each time they said they'd consider me when the role opened up. They gave me positive feedback but I didn't get the job. They wouldn't tell me what I needed to improve.

Had an initial phone chat, then a zoom call where they dug into my resume. They seemed to like me and gave good feedback, but then a week later told me I lacked the necessary experience.

Technical Behavioral

The interview experience felt generally unprofessional. Scheduling was tough due to unresponsive employees who seemed indifferent, requiring multiple follow-ups. During the first interview, the interviewer's camera was off. Despite claims of hiring high-caliber candidates, the process left a poor first impression. Notably, an Excel test was administered last minute, and no feedback or grading was provided. It felt redundant to give this test if the outcome was not hiring, and it should have been administered earlier, perhaps during the initial interview.
