The interview was in person. They asked questions about my experience. After that, there was a tour of the school and fingerprints were required. I was told to dress professionally. The receptionist and staff were nice.

I had two meetings, each lasting about 45 to 75 minutes, with each of the department managers. Overall, it was a good and positive experience, and they were very nice. I don't recall a specific dress code, but I usually dress casually or smart casual. They offered nice coffee.

The interview went super well. The staff were all really nice and knew a lot about the school. It's a public school. I asked about how they hire, and they mentioned they bring in new groups of workers every two weeks. Apparently, there's a high turnover rate, which I'm not sure why. But they did tell me there are chances to move up in the company.
