It was a bit long and kind of a lot with 6 people interviewing me, and they really expect you to make eye contact with all of them at once or they see you as unprofessional. Then there was a shadowing thing in a cube farm, the whole place felt super anxious. They also never asked about my salary expectations, and then they tried to lowball me with an offer that was so embarrassingly low I literally scoffed on the phone. It was 8am-6pm M-F in the office, and the recruiter had lied about it being hybrid and having fewer hours. Honestly, just a really bad experience, so glad I didn't end up working there.

Behavioral

It was a 2 part round interview, and honestly it felt very judgmental. I didn't feel like they were receptive to diversity. I got the impression they judged me on my accent and skin color from the moment the interview started, rather than on my actual abilities. It's strange because I feel like nursing and health care is a worldly profession where diversity is embraced, but it doesn't seem to be the case in recruitment.

First, I had a quick phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, I went in for an in-person interview where I met with the hiring manager again, and also the president. I got the offer right after that meeting.
