Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GHJ.
Audit Senior
The overall interview process was great. The people were friendly and the conversations felt genuine and very informative. The process was pretty expedient, which was exciting, but also didn't allow much time to process a big step like changing employers. By the end, the final interview for offer signing made me feel like just another candidate, not valued as an individual, which was a complete change from the rest of the interview experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
- What are your interests?
- What are you hoping to gain from this experience?
Audit Associate
The interview took about an hour, with 3 rounds total. I heard back in 3 days, which was great. It was a straightforward process that respected my time, which I think is a candidate's first impression of a firm.
- Can you tell me about your experience and the industries you've worked in?
Audit Associate
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was conducted on campus, and the second round took place at the office. Overall, it was a relaxed and informal interview.
- Tell me about a challenge in your life that you overcame and are particularly proud of.
