The interview was online, just me and the recruiter. The person seemed to follow a script for everything, even their comments, and showed disinterest in the interview and everything I said. Whenever I said something, she just said 'oh cool, good!', that's for all the questions.

It was a group dynamic with 12 people. The supervisors of the process were introduced, and then the candidates were introduced. The company and the available areas of activity in the internship program were presented. In groups of 6, we had to plan and present a proposal for a fictional case of a homemade peanut candy brand from the interior.

It was a quick, dynamic interview. They talked a bit about the company, asked some different questions, and the person asking was very open. They also asked if I already knew the company, things like that. Almost all questions were based on my resume.
