I had three interviews in total: one with the manager, another with HR, and one with the agency's director. I did some behavioral tests and was always available for chats. The outcome? I don't know, nobody ever talked to me again or gave me any feedback about the job...

The interview was online, just me and the recruiter. The person seemed to follow a script for everything, even their comments, and showed disinterest in the interview and everything I said. Whenever I said something, she just said 'oh cool, good!', that's for all the questions.

The process had 3 stages. First, an online test assessing specific knowledge in the area with a time limit. Second, an in-person dynamic with other candidates, which included another written test. This stage involved watching institutional videos praising clients and colleagues, which felt pointless. Then, each of the about 10 candidates presented themselves, which was long and unnecessary, as it could have been done individually. The written test only asked about the agency and its work, which didn't seem like a good evaluation method. The worst stage was the last one, a face-to-face interview with the SEO and the area Coordinator, where they seemed more interested in their laptops and phones than the interview, making it uncomfortable.
