Technical Coding

I had one-on-one chats with team members where we talked about my technical background. I was asked technical questions about software development, drawing from my resume and a take-home test. The take-home had simple requirements. In the end, I was let down because they didn't really check my solution properly, based on the feedback they gave. Also, some things they said weren't needed, but then their feedback said they were. It was a pretty bad experience overall.

The interview was part of a recruitment day at their regional headquarters. It was an in-person event with several activities to show what working there is like. The interview was scheduled between these activities and lasted 20 minutes. Candidates were given a sheet with their group assignment, interview time, interviewer, and office location. The interview was easy and consisted of 4 behavioral questions, asked from a prepared list. They mentioned that everyone would get a response regarding the next stage, but it has been 4 months with no reply.
