The first step was a one-way video interview, which was a pretty good experience. The questions were basic, asking about me. They had these cool video explanations for each question that made it clear what they were looking for. And you could re-record your answers if you messed up the first time, which was super helpful.

Submitted my application online. About 3 weeks later, I got an invitation for a one-way video interview. A month after that, I received a personal call to verify my details and interests, and they also sent me more information about the different business areas. Another month has passed and I'm still waiting for the promised call to set up a face-to-face interview, but I suspect they might have removed me from consideration.

The entire process was super fast, and the HR team was incredibly supportive throughout my application for the graduate program. The final interview was really insightful; they gave a great overview of the team, their current projects, and what they expect from team members. It was a great experience overall!
