Graduate Program
The interview process had 4 stages: first, a CV review which can be faster depending on location, mine took 1 day. Then, a one-way interview that I had 5 days to complete. After that, a zoom interview with the manager, and finally, an offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivates your interest in working here?
- What led you to pursue your current degree?
Graduate Position
The process was very enjoyable with the Interviewers asking a range of behavioural and motivational questions in a comfortable setting. They also allowed me to ask questions about the company and gave in depth responses. I think they valued my honesty about my goals and ambitions. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer. I participated in one behavioural interview and an assessment centre stage ( which consisted of online cognitive ability testing, a group activity and an interview with a member of the HR team ). My main advice would be to be confident and clear but be yourself. GHD overall to me seemed like a very dignified but inclusive company.
- What is it about GHD that makes you want to work here?
Graduate Student
It wasn't too hard, there were a few technical questions and some related to the job. They also asked questions about my long-term passion and dreams, like where I see myself in the next 5 years, and why I chose ghd over other companies.
