It was pretty easy. First, I had a call with the person in charge of hiring. Then, I talked to the manager of the team I would be joining and their director. Finally, I had a quick chat with the hiring person again to sort out the details of the offer.

The whole hiring thing takes a while. The interviews are kinda average in difficulty. Usually, there are three interviews. You should be ready to talk about your past work and how your skills fit the job.

For the Sydney role, the process included psychometric testing, a one-way interview, and then a final in-person interview. This last interview felt pretty relaxed and informal. The team and recruiter who were there said I did great and gave no negative feedback. The only real problem was with the recruiter, which made the company seem really unprofessional. Despite having only good interactions, I was totally ghosted by the recruiter after the interview. I sent two emails but never heard back from her or the company, which was a big letdown.
