The process was really professional. I got to chat with both the HR manager and my direct manager. They both knew a ton about the job and answered everything I asked. They gave me lots of info about the project pipeline and assured me there's enough work for at least a year, which is a big deal for me. The room was nice, and I got a tour and even met some upper management, which was super helpful.

Had a long phone interview with HR. Then there was an in person interview. They also had competency and drawing tests. Following that, there was a physical, drug test, and background screening. They were not honest about the structure of management after I voiced concerns about management at my last job. I was complaining about dinosaurs in the system and they should have warned me they had even more dinosaurs to contend with.
