Had a 30-minute initial screening call with HR. Then everything went downhill. They sent me a coding task to finish by the end of the week. The next day, they realized they sent me the wrong task and gave me a different one. I completed the task and sent it to the email address they asked for. A week after the deadline, they contacted me saying they had no visibility (even though they sent it to the email address I gave them) and asked me to also send it to another address, which I did. It's been several weeks and I haven't heard back from the company, not even an automated rejection email. Zero organization.

They contacted me by phone asking me to explain my study path a bit, the following week I had a technical interview with the manager. He asked me questions about cryptography (since my thesis is based on the research of cryptographic techniques), reasoning questions about development patterns I knew, he asked me a few things about the coding exercise I had to do before the interview, a few days later I received the offer. The exercise is to be completed in an hour, the first part of theoretical questions on Java and the second part an exercise to be done in Java (Java 8).
