I was invited by phone and a group activity was scheduled, which was very relaxed. The HR ladies were super nice, they showed us around the facilities, gave tips, chatted, and did everything to make all the candidates feel welcome, which helped ease our nervousness. The feedback was also very quick. I recommend the company, and it was definitely the fastest and most welcoming selection process I've ever experienced.

I started by reaching out to a contact I had at the company, who then guided me to HR for the application. It was pretty informal. I had one interview with one person from operations and one from HR, and they didn't ask any technical questions, just the usual stuff like 'where do you see yourself in 10 years'.
