I sent in my application online and then had a few steps. First, a call with HR. She was really nice and put me at ease, asking general questions about my background and experience with the company. After that, I had a call with a Senior Program Manager and a Principal Cloud Architect. The final step was an on-site case study that was technical in nature.

I went through the process and after a technical interview, I got positive feedback and was approved. However, after a few days with no response, I was notified that while I met the technical requirements for the role, there was a political issue because the vertical that covered my company was the same one that covered the client I was interviewing for. If this was a conflict, why was I interviewed? After that, I sent my CV to GFT as requested by HR for a new role. Weeks have passed and I still have no response. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The process was pretty straightforward and standard for consulting. First, a quick chat with HR, then an interview with a technical person from the company, and finally with the client. I actually went through it three times! The first attempt didn't work out due to the client. I stayed in touch with the recruiter, and when new positions opened up, I reached out again, and she encouraged me to try once more. On the third try, it worked out, and she made me an offer, and here I am. I felt well-treated throughout all stages, and everything was very transparent. I'd recommend it.
