It was interesting, they asked about my experience, how I do things day-to-day, how my last job experience was, why I'm looking for a new job, overall the interviewer was very pleasant.

I went through an interview, which was a great experience. The panel gave feedback on the call. They mentioned HR would schedule a client round, but that never happened.

The recruiter initially contacted me, providing details about the position, salary, and company benefits. Subsequently, a technical interview with multiple people was scheduled. On the day of the technical interview, only one person showed up. They mentioned they weren't from the project associated with the opening and lacked specific details about it, making them unable to answer any questions. The interviewer repeatedly expressed confusion about why others hadn't joined the call, creating an awkward atmosphere as they didn't initiate the interview or ask any questions. Although the stated goal was to assess my Cloud (AWS) knowledge, no Cloud-related questions were asked at all. I had to take the initiative to introduce myself as the interviewer wasn't leading the conversation. I was informed the role was for an international project, but my English proficiency was never tested. The technical interviewer stated they weren't instructed to conduct the interview in English. Consequently, I left unsure of my performance. I attempted to contact the recruiter afterwards, but received no response. I was disappointed because friends who had worked there had highly recommended the company, and I was very interested in the role. However, their selection process seems disorganized and inconsistent.
