I had a recruiter call, then an interview with a GFT tech lead where they asked some questions that seemed to be scored, covering general tech knowledge like what an API, thread, and process are. Finally, there was a technical chat with the client's team (tech lead and a Senior dev) about projects and architecture.

The initial recruiter call was very professional and they seemed to offer interesting growth paths. They were happy to wait for me to finish my degree before the second interview and sent me a link for an online exercise to be discussed in that second interview. I asked to do it after 3 months because of my degree. Unfortunately, I never heard back and I don't know if it was because of the exercise results or some internal company reasons I'm unaware of.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The exercise had 10 theoretical questions (on Algorithms, data structures, and Java) and one practical exercise, which I found to be of medium-high difficulty. The instructions were in English and seemed ambiguous, possibly misleading or incorrect, which cost me 20 minutes of the 70 available. The task was to find 2 days out of 10 where a company could organize a team-building activity, given all employees' availabilities. The main confusion stemmed from the instructions asking to find two days where every employee could attend AT LEAST once; however, looking at the tests, I realized it meant they should attend ONLY once (I don't remember the exact words, but it was very similar, I'm writing this to give you an idea).
