Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GFT Technologies.
Senior Analyst
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for an initial chat about GFT and me. We then scheduled a technical interview, but the interviewer didn't show up, which was disappointing. I waited 15 minutes for a 45-minute meeting. I had to tell HR about the no-show. Another meeting was scheduled, but again, the interviewer was a no-show. I was frustrated by the wasted time and patience. HR tried to set up a third meeting, but I'd already researched the company and was let down by negative feedback suggesting the reality didn't match what I heard. While perceptions are subjective, transparency is key in hiring. My GFT experience was disappointing, and I hope they improve their candidate approach.

Analyst
I had an interview with HR, then a week later with the Technical Lead, and 15 days after that with the client. About 20 days later, the position was cancelled. I wish HR had given more feedback; often they don't even view messages, for them it's just another interview, but for the candidate, it's a dream.
