HR will reach out for an initial screening to discuss your tech stack, your experience with specific skills, and how you implement agile practices. They'll ask about sprint activities, unit testing, and your experience with design patterns, including their benefits. They'll also inquire about authentication strategies and your knowledge of JWT. The process started with a recruiter and technical phone screen covering SQL and database topics. After that, I had an in-person visit with two separate interviews, talking to three different people in total. They asked about my past experience, basic algorithms, and database design. Most interviewers were professional and polite, though a few seemed impatient during the technical parts.
