Project Manager
It was a pretty short and open process. The first interview covered all the main things like tasks, employee benefits, internal mobility, and salary. Then, the second interview was with the Hiring Manager, and after that, they extended an offer.
- Can you describe the largest project you have led?
Project Manager
My first interview was a casual chat about the job and the skills needed. It wasn't heavy on questions, more about me talking about myself and asking the hiring manager stuff. I had a second interview scheduled, but it got cancelled just 4 hours before because they hired someone internally.
- What prompted you to apply for this role?
Project Manager
After applying for a position that was filled in the meantime, HR proposed another offer that suited my profile. Following an initial phone conversation with the department manager, I had an interview (via Skype). After which I received a positive response within 2 weeks.
