Got the interview invitation just a few days after applying online, and the interview itself was about a week later. The vibe was pretty chill; they first talked about the potential tasks, company perks, and benefits for interns before getting to the application questions. The response after the interview took a bit longer than expected, and honestly, the whole process felt like internal communication could be improved. For instance, the HR person wasn't reachable by phone. But the interview itself was good.

First, I had to complete an English test they sent over. Then, I had a 1:1 interview. It was quite structured. We started by going through my resume and then some other competency questions. The interviewer also wanted to confirm my genuine interest in this sector and ensure it wasn't just a random choice.

It was a 1 round interview. They asked behavioral questions plus some case interview questions. I talked with 2 hiring managers who I would be directly working under. The questions were refreshing, kinda like consulting but they put more focus on data analysis and statistics. It was good to see statistics in real applications and be able to talk through and make decisions.
