The interview process was pretty easy and to the point. It was a 2 part process - a phone interview and then an interview with the hiring manager. They asked me about my past work experience and then they explained the role and what they expected from the person. We also did some roleplays and they gave me feedback, which was helpful.

This is a two-part interview. In both parts, you'll need to do a mock call. You'll be the lead, and the interviewer will be the client. Make sure to ask open-ended questions and ones that might feel a bit awkward, like asking about their current salary. Take notes on the feedback you receive after the first interview and use it to improve in the second one. They really focus on feedback and personal growth here. It's important to research the company's values and be ready to explain how you align with them. Also, bring a positive and energetic attitude to the interview, as they highly value a good team culture and a positive vibe. If you're new to sales, get familiar with the basics.

The interview process was really fast since the start date was already set. It only took a week and had two rounds. The first round was a screening call, and the second was in-person at the office. I was supposed to meet with one of the founders for the second round, but they didn't show up, and the hiring manager interviewed me instead. I think I didn't get an offer because they ghosted me after the interview.
