My interview experience with GetSales for the product operations role was really bad. It was way too long with six stages: an initial interview, a SQL assignment, a panel interview, another assignment, a presentation interview, and then a culture fit interview. It felt like a lot and was overwhelming. After the third round, they totally ghosted me for over a week. When they finally responded, they lied and said I didn't answer some questions when I did. It was super frustrating and made me question the company's ethics. They really need to fix their interview process; it's too complicated and a burden on candidates. They should make it shorter and communicate better with updates and feedback. I can't recommend applying here based on how they treated me; they need to be more respectful and transparent.

This is a two-part interview. In both parts, you'll need to do a mock call. You'll be the lead, and the interviewer will be the client. Make sure to ask open-ended questions and ones that might feel a bit awkward, like asking about their current salary. Take notes on the feedback you receive after the first interview and use it to improve in the second one. They really focus on feedback and personal growth here. It's important to research the company's values and be ready to explain how you align with them. Also, bring a positive and energetic attitude to the interview, as they highly value a good team culture and a positive vibe. If you're new to sales, get familiar with the basics.
