First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Getinge.
Field Service Technician
I had a phone call first, and then went for an in-person meeting. It was a really nice experience. They clearly explained the job's responsibilities and expectations. I also got a tour to get a first impression and spoke with some employees.
- Why are you interested in working here?
Field Service Technician
First, I had a phone interview with the regional manager. Then, I talked with HR. After that, there was a drug screening. Next, I met with the regional manager again and then took a written test. The last step was a final interview with HR.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- How much experience do you have with electrical diagrams?
- Do you understand plumbing schematics?
Field Service Technician
The interview process was very bad and slow, they dragged it out for no reason. They really focused on knowledge and didn't seem to have any human touch. They were focused on themselves. They tested my knowledge in physics, mechanics, electronics, and radiology. It was totally crazy, probably due to American management. My long experience tells me to avoid this kind of company.
- How would you handle a situation where you have a problem with a colleague?
