The interview process started with a phone interview discussing expectations and opportunities. Then, there was an in-person interview along with a tour. The interviewers were nice, but the work environment seemed to have less than ideal conditions for most.

First, there's a chat with the managers. After that, we have a group activity where we need to assemble some parts and then describe the difficulties and ideas of the group. They select from this who moves to the next phase, which will be the individual interview with the managers. In this stage, it's a normal interview where they ask about your skills, where you live, your knowledge, etc.
- What do you consider the biggest difficulty in teamwork?
- What were the group's difficulties and ideas in assembling the parts?
