Customer Service Advocate
This was a fantastic interview experience, one of the best I've had. It was a panel of three people and seemed to be divided into two parts, but it honestly felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and engaging, not like the typical rigid Q&A format. They seemed really enthusiastic about their work. They asked good questions about my background and also explained the company's growth, products, culture, what's expected, key metrics, coaching style, and how pay works. By the end, I realized they had covered pretty much everything, so I didn't need to ask many questions. That level of openness was really impressive. I appreciate how organized their hiring process is, but even more, I appreciated how I felt during and after the interview. They genuinely seem to care about their people, and interviewing with such an authentic, well-rounded team was a great experience.

Insurance Sales Representative
It was a straightforward process and the recruiter kept things moving with good communication. I felt comfortable with how they did things and always knew what was coming next. It was a good process overall. There were two interviews and I found out if I got the job by the end of the day.

Receptionist
I got an interview through an agency even though Nestle had posted an ad on Indeed.com, which was a bit strange. The interview itself was at the White Plains, NY office and didn't take too long. I got the impression the interviewer was more focused on finding someone they could get along with, rather than strict professionalism and qualifications.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself?
- Could you describe your previous role and your responsibilities there?
- Walk me through your previous jobs and the reasons you left each one.
Customer Service Representative
It started with a quick recruiter chat to see if I basically fit the qualifications. Since I'm in another state, the whole thing was remote. It was pretty organized. Then, I had a second interview with three supervisors. I think it was meant to be a behavior-based interview to cut down on bias and they used the STAR method. It seemed like everyone I met had been there for a really long time, which seems to be the norm there.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to present an unpopular opinion or make a tough decision? What did you decide and what was your reasoning?
