First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GEP.
Associate Consultant
I applied in November and went through a few rounds: an online assessment, a call with HR, a language test, and a case study. The interviewers were professional and friendly, but the whole process took a bit longer than expected because of the holidays. I'd suggest applying if you're interested.
- Standard HR questions were asked.
- A case study was presented, focusing on a specific industry scenario.
Consulting Intern
The interview process included a 30-minute behavioral interview where I was asked about my strengths, weaknesses, previous work experience, and skills I could contribute. This was followed by a technical case interview, which involved a classic market entry and market sizing question about a fictional food chain.
- Can you talk about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What prior work experience do you have, and what skills can you offer?
- There was a case interview involving a typical market entry and market sizing problem for a made-up food business.
Associate Consultant
It started with a 30-minute interview that was part behavioral and part case. About a week later, I got moved to the final round, which had 3 interviews, each 45 minutes long: two case interviews and one behavioral interview. The whole process was pretty good and everyone was really nice. I was excited to potentially join them, but I didn't have a specific HR contact and it was unclear who to talk to. After the final round, they never gave me a decision, which was pretty disappointing and honestly kind of bad.
- Can you do a market sizing case analysis?
