Case Behavioral Other

Had 4 interviews over 2 rounds. First round had two on-campus interviews, which were case studies and some behavioural questions. Got invited to a superday, but couldn't go in person, so they offered an online option. It involved one case study and one behavioural/personal interview with some general consulting questions at the end.

Behavioral Case Group Presentation

I applied through campus recruiting. I had two interviews on campus, one was behavioral and the other was a simple case. After that, I was invited to a super day. The super day was stressful, it started with lunch/networking, followed by a group case, two individual cases, and a behavioral interview focusing on organizational fit. The Super day interviews were back-to-back with no breaks.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I talked to a recruiter over the phone. Then, I had two phone interviews with managers or senior managers. Things went well, so they flew me out to their headquarters in NJ for more interviews. The recruiter booked a flight for me that only allowed for a maximum of one hour for interviews. I met with mostly managers and directors, doing three interviews. One of these interviews was actually done over the phone while I was at their office. My flight home was cancelled, but I would have missed it anyway due to the interviews. About a week later, the recruiter called with a verbal offer. We discussed the salary and were basically in agreement. He said the official offer would be emailed that day or the next. I followed up the following day, and he said it would be sent at some point. I never got anything, and when I tried to follow up over the next few days and week, the recruiter ignored all my emails and voicemails. It was completely silent. It's also worth noting that I know other people the recruiter was contacting during the time he was ignoring me. This was incredibly unprofessional. Thank goodness I didn't end up taking a job at GEP.
